At Nanny's Candles, LLC, every candle is thoughtfully hand-poured in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we have established the following policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all clients.
Final Sale Policy
All purchases are considered final sale. As our candles are handcrafted and often produced in limited quantities, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, including fragrance selection, color variation, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Orders
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting contact@nannyscandles.com.
To assist you promptly, we kindly request:

Clear photographs of the damaged item

Photos of the original packaging and shipping box
Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or

A refund to the original method of payment
Items must be unused and unburned to qualify. If damage occured as a result of the mail carrier or other circumstance that occured after the product left our warehouse, we are not responsible for such damaged items.
Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ensure the matter is resolved promptly and at no additional cost to you.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items

Shipping & Handling
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Nanny's Candles, LLC is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Florida Compliance
This policy is designed in accordance with applicable Florida consumer protection laws and does not limit any rights afforded under state law.
