Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nanny’s Candles,LLC. We take great care in packaging and shipping our handcrafted candles to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) may be processed the following business day.

During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. Any delays will be communicated via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Hot Weather Shipping Notice

Because candles are sensitive to heat, especially in warm Florida and summer climates, we take extra precautions during hot weather. However, we are not responsible for minor melting that may occur during transit.

If your candle arrives slightly melted, allow it to cool and solidify at room temperature before use. This does not affect candle performance or quality.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Nanny’s Candles, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly with photos of the damaged item and packaging

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
